If you do not agree to every provision established herein, you must immediately terminate use of our generator, weather tools, and baggage calculation algorithms.

All tools remain free of subscription barriers. HolidayPacker reserves the unconditional right to refine, modify, suspend, or decommission individual feature modules at our discretion without prior notification.
3. User Conduct & Saved Passcodes
Users are provided with stateless, secure trip recovery using self-generated 4-to-6 character retrieval codes. You are responsible for preserving your unique retrieval phrase. HolidayPacker does not require email registration to save lists, meaning lost codes cannot be recovered by our administrative staff.

- Missed flights, ferry departures, or transit disruptions.
- Loss, theft, damage, or confiscation of items packed or purchased via outbound links.
- Discrepancies in destination weather outcomes or temperature inversions.
Use of HolidayPacker is entirely at your own leisure and risk.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be interpreted, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use of HolidayPacker shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the general courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer residing within the EU, you also retain the right to submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
